Mr. Hill co-founded Norwich Group in 1996. Mr. Hill currently oversees
and manages a roster of active clients. Mr. Hill also directs all corporate
operational matters. Prior to forming Norwich Group, Mr. Hill was responsible
for creating and developing a dedicated transportation program for an
insurance agency in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Hill has worked with both AIG and
PMA Capital, where he received his formal underwriting and claims training
in insurance. It was with these companies that Mr. Hill was first introduced to
niche insurance business segments. William McPherson–President Along with Mr. Hill, Mr. McPherson co-founded Norwich Group and its affiliated companies in 1996. He has led the marketing and sales efforts for Norwich Group since its inception and continues in that role today. Prior to the formation of Norwich Group, Mr. McPherson worked for Commonwealth Risk Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mutual Risk Management. He joined that company in 1992 and devoted most of his energies to marketing and product development. |
